Steps to make Bombay Keema:
- Heat oil in a kadhai put bay leaf and onions+salt cook till onions turn to light golden then add Keema and saute for 2 to 3 mins on medium flame.
- Then add chopped green chilli+ turmeric powder + cumin powder and again saute for 2 mins. Then add whisked dahi+green chutney and mix it well. Cook for 5 mins on low to medium heat.
- Peel wash and cut the potato into medium size cubes and add to the Keema also add green peas and cook for 1 min. Then add water(1/2&1/4cup) tomato slices and cook untill water dries and oil separates.
- Serve with naan or pav.
