- When all the chocolate has set remove from.foil to platter or plates

Lift the berry out of the chocolate and allow excess to drip off. Over the parchment paper, hold the toothpick and berry horizontally with your non-dominant hand. Holding the strawberry by the stem, dip the fruit into the dark chocolate, lift and twist slightly, letting any excess chocolate fall back into the bowl. Set strawberries on the parchment paper.
