- To prepare the center heat jam in a non-stick pan, add cream to it and mix till smooth. Off the flame and keep aside
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Keep stirring with a spatula. Keep aside.
- Fill the chocolate moulds nicely, tap 1 to 2 times. Wait for a min.
- Invert the chocolate mould holding over the melted chocolate bowl tap it 1 to 2 times. Invert the chocolate mould to get the right side up. Remove the excess chocolate with a pallets knife. Keep the mould in the freezer for 10 mins.
- Keep the remaining chocolate on the hot water in the double boiler.
- Take out the set chocolate from the freezer. Spoon 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of filling in each shell. Keep in the fridge to set.
- When the filling is slightly set, Spoon melted chocolate to cover the top. This seals the filling
- Keep in the fridge for 2 hours. Invert the chocolate mould and tap lightly to unmould the chocolates. Store covered in refrigerator
Add powdered sugar and stir until creamy. To prepare Rum syrup, simply mix Rum and blueberry syrup in a small bowl. Place one layer of cake on a desired serving plate. Fold in the flour and the salt until just combined and then stir in the chocolate. Pour into the prepared tin, spreading as evenly as possible to the edges of the tin (the batter will be thick).
