  6. As u stir, the color will begin to change. When it's brown, take it off the heat and pour in a tray to cool off. I stirred for 20mins on medium heat
  7. Once it's cool, pour into ur sieve to sieve out the tiny burnt coconut. Serve or keep in a air tight container. This can last for weeks.
