In a pan, heat up oil, add onions and fry until golden brown.Then add tomatoes fry for 2-3 minutes.. - Then add chicken,potatoes,ginger garlic paste, fry for 1 minute, then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,aloo Bukhara, jaiful javitri, Garam masala powder, chat masala, almond and coconut paste and yoghurt.   5. In separate pan take 12 glasses of water, 3 tbsp of salt, Whole spices and boil the rice until 3/4 done. - Now take a separate pan, add 1/4 cup of water and a 1/4 cup of oil.
  6. Then spread 1/2 boiled rice, then put chicken, then remaining rice, and on top, add kewra water, fried onion, pinch of Garam masala powder yellow food colour, 2 tbsp of oil and cover and leave on dum for 15 minutes.
