  16. Get 1 spoon black salt
  17. Take 1 spoon chat masala
  18. Get as needed Green chutney
  19. Get as needed Date and tamarind chutney
  20. Make ready as needed Nylon sev
  21. Prepare 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds
  22. Take to taste Salt
  23. Make ready as needed Oil
  24. Make ready as needed Finely chopped coriander Leaves

Now you can buy pre-made puff pastry baskets at just about any store. Or, you can make your own using puff pastry sheets.

Steps to make Deconstruction of samosa:
  1. Take a bowl and put maida,salt and ghee to it.now mix it well.now add cold water and make a dough.keep 10 minutes to rest it.cover it.
  2. Now after that take a ball of dough and roll oval chapati.now cut in strips 1 inch broad.take a bowl and stick this strip on it prick with fork and fry in oil.now ring will detached from bowl.take out bowl from oil.
  3. Now take a pan add little oil and add jeeta, asafoetida followed by ginger garlic chilli paste.soute well.now take coriander seeds and fennel seeds to mortar and crush them.now add it to the pan.now add other masala and mix well.
  4. Now add potato and peas.and mix well.now at the end add chopped coriander leaves.now stuffing is ready.
  5. Now take a plate and put stuffing in half to the ring shown in picture.
  6. Now put some green chutney,some date tamarind chutney,some nylon sev, pomegranate seeds and serve it…
  7. New version of samosa is ready.
