- Cut the bisquit horizontally in 2 halfs (same hight). Now put the rest of the dough between those two halfs.
- Now form the hedgehog, spreading the plain pudding on top of the dough, thereby add more cream on the back of it than on it's face
- Stiff whipped cream with cream stiffener, fill into a pastry bag to decorate the cake
- Mark the face with m&m's and use the chocolate sticks as stings, add the cocoa powder
- Now keep the cake cooled for about 3 hours
