- Take 1 packet of cream, and put 1tbsp of sugar and put it in the pipeing bag.

Peppermint Whipped Cream Filling: In large bowl, beat ingredients with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Spoon or pipe the filling into each pastry shell. Place the tops back on and sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
