The ingredients needed to make Sesame chikki:
  1. Prepare 1 cup sesame seeds (till)
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup sugar
  3. Take Ghee for greasing

Instructions to make Sesame chikki:
  1. Roast the sesame seeds in a vessel till it crackles and then transfer it in a plate n let it cool down.
  2. In the same vessel take sugar and cook it till it melts completely
  3. Once the sugar is melted completely add the sesame seeds and switch off the gas and mix it properly
  4. You can make ladoos or simply put on a greased plate roll it into flat and cut it into pieces
  5. Your sesame seeds chikki is ready to eat.

This Tikki can also be made with Bengal Gram, peanuts, and other nuts.
